The short version
This site does not ask you to create an account, does not store what you type into the calculators, and does not set any cookies of its own. The numbers you enter stay in your browser. Two third parties — Google and Cloudflare — do collect data as described below, and that is the whole of it.
What you type into the calculators
Nothing you enter is sent anywhere. Every calculation runs in your browser using JavaScript. Your profit figure, filing status, state and prior-year tax are never transmitted to this site or to anyone else, and they are not saved — reload the page and they are gone.
Advertising — Google AdSense
This site is funded by advertising served through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Traffic measurement — Cloudflare
This site is delivered through Cloudflare, which records aggregate information about visits — pages requested, approximate location by country, referring page, and browser type — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. This information is not linked to any individual and does not identify you.
Cookies
This site sets no first-party cookies. It does not use localStorage or sessionStorage. The only cookies you may receive come from the third parties named above, and you can control or delete them through your browser settings.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have rights under the GDPR to access, correct, or erase personal data. Because this site holds no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete — but you may contact us with any question.
Children
This site is a financial reference tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If what this site does with data changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. There is no separate notification mechanism because there is no account to notify.
